We deliver most orders within 5 minutes of your deposit appearing in our bank account.

Please note though that we cannot guarantee what the processing times will be – as orders can be delayed due to congestion on the exchanges, bank transfer times, public holidays, etc. We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Furthermore, if it is your first order, it may be processed but held.  This is to ensure the safety of your funds and the integrity of our exchange.  The transaction will be approved by a Compliance Officer and the crypto will be released, this can take some time (especially outside of business hours).  Rest assured that the amount you were quoted will be delivered.

Yes, if using our self-created wallet, your funds are stored at an address created just for you inside your Easy Crypto wallet, and you hold the keys! This is not like an exchange where your funds are stored in their wallets; making it extremely safe and completely in your control.  You can also send direct to your own wallet, which is what the majority of our customers do.

Absolutely! You can choose between sending to one of our wallets, to your own address, or even straight to an exchange.

We only accept Australian dollars at the moment. And you must pay from a bank account in your own name – no cash accepted. In future, you will be able to pay with cryptocurrencies as well.

The rate you are quoted on our main page is inclusive of ALL fees. This means all currency exchange fees, all mining fees, all gas prices, and all withdrawal fees – everything! Easy Crypto charges a fee of 1%.  Our fee is included in your total order price.

There are no hidden fees, no withdrawal charges … nothing! What you see is what you get.

When purchasing crypto, the exchanges and our sources have a combination of fixed and variable fees. We source our crypto via the cheapest possible purchase path. It is always more cost effective to place larger orders.

Let’s take a $500 Ethereum order as an example:


If your order was fulfilled from Binance, there would be a 0.5% exchange fee, and a 0.01 ETH withdrawal fee. That 0.01 ETH works out as 1.2% of your total order amount, and increases your received rate by 1.2%.


If you placed a $2000 order, it would only be 0.3% of the total amount.


The rates on our Rates page are computed from our average order size, but the quote amount is always accurate to your specific order amount and worked out as you type in your desired AUD amount.


As always, these fees are all included in your quoted rate, and what you see is exactly what you should get.

You can check the status of your orders by visiting the “My Account” page.  If you have any issues or queries about your order, please email [email protected]  We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.  We try to be available 24 hours a day, however if it is outside of business hours, you may have to wait until the next business day for a response.

We’ll email it to you. Once we’ve received your payment, your order will be automatically processed and will be in your inbox in a few minutes.  IMPORTANT: you must record your passphrase and keep it in a secure place (preferably offline).  If you lose your passphrase you lose your crypto, we cannot recover lost crypto.

10 out of 10 times that customers cannot open their wallet, it is because they have not entered their pass phrase correctly. So first step is to check that you have entered it correctly and that you have the right spelling for each word in your pass phrase. If you’re comparing the rate of your trade to the online price of a coin or the price in a crypto phone app, you might feel like the rate you received is not right. Have a read of our article here that explains how there are fixed fees and percentage fees that affect different sized trades differently.

If you haven’t yet paid for an order you can easily cancel it in your ‘my account’ area.

If the order has been paid, it will be too late to cancel, but you can contact us if you have any issues. Be aware that there may be service charges if you need us to fix a mistake on your order.

Typically, all we need is your Australian Driver’s License or passport details and you’ll be verified without issue.
